Ｏ這題不確定，憑直覺。題目的意思應該是指雙方犯規，我認為執行判罰完原先控球隊 A 隊恢復控球無異議，而原先進攻時間也應該維持 → 因為雙方犯規抵銷。所以題目應該是正確的。 : 03 While team A is in control of the ball, A5 commits an unsportsmanlike : foul. Shall the penalty for A5's foul be two free-throws, followed by : possession of the ball at the centre line extended opposite the scorer's : table? : 03當A隊控制球,A5犯了不合運動道德犯規.罰則應為兩次罰球,且擁有中線 : 控球權,在紀錄台對邊發球? Ｏ印象中，不合運動道德犯規 → 罰兩球加球權，發球由中線發。所以題目應該是正確的。 : 04 Near the end of the halftime interval of play, both coaches request : that they be permitted to continue attacking the same basket they : attacked during the first two periods. Shall the requests be granted? : 04接近中場休息時間結束前,雙方教練請求繼續進攻第一二節相同籃框, : 這個請求應該被同意? Ｘ中場過後本就該「易籃」再戰，規則明定，即使是雙方教練要求也不應理會，這個請求裁判絕不能同意。所以答案是不應該同意。 : 05 Shall it be the duty of the scorekeeper to operate the alternating : possession arrow? : 05 操作球權輪替箭頭是記錄員的責任? Ｏ目前 FIBA 規則中的爭球都不再以跳球決定球權，而是以球權輪替來決定，操作球權輪替箭頭的責任則是記錄台的紀錄人員的職責。所以題目是正確的。 : 06 While A4 has both feet off the floor, A4 gains control of a pass from : A2. A4, in a continuous motion, lands on one foot, jumps and lands on both : feet simultaneously. Has A4 committed a travel violation? : 06當A4雙腳離地,A4接到A2的傳球,然後A4持續移動,以一腳著地, : 跳起後雙腳同時著地,A4走步為例? Ｏ這題也不確定。若用白話來闡述題目， A4應該是跳起在空中時接到A2的傳球，接到後以單腳落地，緊接著再用單腳墊步（看翻譯應該是這樣...）最後雙腳落地。我自己想像一下那個畫面，非常不流暢，如果是我會吹判走步違例。所以題目應該是正確的。 : 07 On a pass from A2 to A4, the ball is above the basket ring when B4 : reaches through the basket from below and contacts the ball. : Shall A2 be awarded two points? : 07 A2傳球給A4,當球在籃框上方且往下掉,B4觸及球,A2應獲得兩分? Ｘ照題目所說的，應該是第一時間的空中作業，所以應該是計 A2 助攻一次， B4 得兩分。所以題目是錯的。 : 08 On a final free-throw by A5, the ball has touched the basket ring and : is bouncing above the basket when A3 taps it into the basket. : Shall one point be awarded to A3? : 08 當A5最後一次罰球,球觸及籃框彈起在籃框上,A3撥球入籃,A3獲得一分? Ｘ A5罰球未進，隊友 A3 在籃下第一時間將其補進，算 A3 得兩分。所以題目是錯誤的。 : 09 Team A commits a violation for illegally returning the ball to the : backcourt. Shall the resulting team B throw-in take place at the centre line : extended, opposite the scorer's table? : 09 A隊發生回場違例,應由B隊在紀錄台對邊中線延伸發球? Ｏ規則中 A 隊發生回場違例，由 B 隊在紀錄台對邊中線延伸區發球。所以題目是正確的。 : 10 Shall a shot for a goal end when the ball touches the backboard? : 10投籃結束是指球碰到籃板? Ｘ這題我也不大確定。用我個人的觀念和直覺來作答，投籃結束應該是指「場上有球員搶下籃板」時。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 11 A2 is dribbling the ball while being continuously guarded by B2. : After five seconds has elapsed, shall the official charge A2 with : a violation and award a throw-in to team B? : 11 A2持續運球B2防守,經過五秒,裁判宣判A2五秒違例,B隊球。Ｘ宣判五秒違例的條件應該是，進攻球員在持球（未運球）狀態被防守球員緊迫防守五秒以上。照題目所言 A2 仍在持續運球，不應宣判五秒違例。所以題目是錯的。 : 12 On a final free-throw by A4, the ball falls short of the basket ring. : At the same time, A3 and B3 commit free-throw violations. : Is this a jump ball situation? : 12 A4最後一次罰球,球未碰觸籃框,在此同時,A3跟B3同時發生罰球違例, : 此為爭球情況? Ｘ不確定，憑印象。若是題目所說的情形，應該判罰 A4 「罰球未碰觸籃框」的違例，直接由 B 隊發後場邊線球。在此情形下 A4 的罰球違例應優先於 A3 和 B3 的違例。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 13 After a team A field goal, B2 has the ball out-of-bounds for the : resulting throw-in. B2 passes the ball to B3 who is also out-of-bounds, : after which B3 runs along the out-of-bounds area parallel to the : endline before releasing the throw-in. the entire action takes place : in less than five seconds. Ｏ進行技術犯規罰則時，除了罰球球員外，其他場上另外九名球員都應該要在三分線外並且在罰球線延伸之後。所以題目是正確的。 : 15 While holding the ball in the team A backcourt, A2 is closely guarded : for five seconds by B2. Shall A2 be charged with a violation? : 15當在A隊的後場,A2持球被B2緊迫防守五秒,A2應被宣判違例? Ｏ這題我不大確定。只要 A 隊進攻時，有球員持球被 B 隊緊迫防守五秒未能傳球或下球，則不論在後場或前場都應該宣判五秒違例。所以這題應該是正確的。 : 16 A technical foul is committed during the halftime interval of play. : Following the administration of the free-throws resulting from the : technical foul, shall play resume with an alternating possession : throw-in? : 16中場休息的技術犯規,第三節開始前先實行技術犯規兩次罰球,在依 : 輪替球權發球進場? Ｘ這題我也不太確定。若是在中場休息時發生的技術犯規，應該在第三節開始之前執行技術犯規的罰球，並由獲得罰球的一方掌握進攻球權。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 17 The signal sounds to end a fourth period with the score tied. : Immediately after the signal has sounded, a technical foul is committed : by A5. Shall free-throws resulting from A5's technical foul be attempted : before the interval of play is permitted to begin? : 17當第四節比賽結束信號響起且平手,信號響起後A5一個技術犯規發生,處理應為 : 休息時間開始前罰A5技術犯規罰球? Ｘ連續好幾題我都不確定。 XD 若第四節比賽結束信號響起且平手，則應進入延長加時賽。在確定第四節結束後才發生的技術犯規，應該是在延長賽開始之前執行此次技術犯規的罰球，並由獲得罰球的一方掌握延長賽第一波進攻球權。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 18 B4 fouls A4, after which A10 substitutes for A4. After A4 has left the : playing court, the scorer informs the officials that B4's foul was the : fifth team B player foul in that period. Shall A10 attempt the free-throws resulting from the B4 foul? : 18 B4對A4犯規,接著A10替補A4,接著A4離開球場,紀錄發現B4這次犯規是B隊該節 : 團隊第五次犯規,A10應去罰B4犯規的罰球? Ｘ照此情形，記錄人員應該立刻提醒裁判要由 A4 執行罰球，將下場的 A4 重新叫回場內執行罰球，執行完後才讓 A4 與 A10 交換。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 19 A3 is awarded a throw-in at the endline in team A's frontcourt. : On the throw-in from A3 to A4, the ball passes directly over the : backboard. Is this a legal throw-in? : 19 A3在前場發底線球,它直接傳球給後場的A4,此為合法的發球? Shall the substitution be granted? : 21 A4得到一次罰球機會,接著是B4的兩罰機會,A4完成罰球且B4尚未就可 : 處理球之前,A隊請求替補,這個替補應被同意Ｏ不太確定。個人覺得，從 A4 罰球，到罰完球輪到 B4 罰球，再到 B4 罰球時都屬於死球狀態。 A4罰完球後可以讓兩隊執行換人動作。所以題目應該是正確的。 : 22 While A3 is in the act of shooting for a two points field goal but : before the ball has been released, B3 commits an unsportsmanlike foul : against A3. The shot for a goal is successful. : Shall A3 be awarded two free-throws, followed by a throw-in at the centre : line extended opposite the scorer's table for team A? : 22當A3投中兩分球,但球出手前,B3犯了一個不合運動道德犯規在A3上, : 此球進了.A3應該獲得兩罰的機會,接著加中線控球權? Ｘ又是不甚確定的一題。 XD 若是題目的這個情形，應該是 A3 獲得一罰加中線控球權。所以題目應該是錯誤的。 : 23 During the last two minutes of the fourth period, A10, A11 and B10 are : waiting at the scorer's table to enter the game as substitution. : When A2 scores a field goal, the official permits B10 to enter. : Shall both A10 and A11 also be permitted to enter at this time? : 23當第四節最後兩分鐘,A10.A11和B10在紀錄台等待替補,當A2得分, : 裁判允許B10進場,A10和A11也同時被替補進場? Ｏ當規則允許某一隊可以換人，而裁判執行此隊換人動作時，同時間另一隊的換人也應該被准許。所以題目是正確的。 : 24 After the ball has become live on a throw-in awarded to A2 but before : the ball can be released on the throw-in, A2 touches the in-bounds area : with a foot, after which A2 immediately returns that foot to the : out-of-bounds area. Has A2 committed a throw-in violation? : 24當球成活球,A2在界外球發球,但球尚未發入場,A2的腳踏進到場內, : A2馬上把腳收到界外,A2應被宣判發球違例? Ｏ照規則上來說 A2 的這個情形應該要被宣判發球違例，應該是正確的。 ※ 不過如果此時 B 隊並沒有壓迫防守，大部分的裁判都會睜一隻眼閉一隻眼，以得利不得利原則來看待這時候的準則，若防守方未壓迫，進攻方（ A 隊）並未得利，所以不吹。 : 25 During the halftime interval of play, a technical foul is committed : by A5.Team B is entitled to next alternating possession. : The second half begins with two free-throws for team B, : followed by a throw-in for team B at the centre line extended, : opposite the scorer's table. : Shall team B continue to be entitled to the next alternating possession? : 25當中場休息時間,A5被宣判一個技術犯規,B隊擁有下一次交換球權, : 下半場開始,B隊先罰技術犯規兩罰,接著再發中線球?
