Nicole賽後:
"I've had this injury before and I started feeling it midway through the second
set," Vaidisova said. "From there it just got worse and worse and it was
especially painful on forehand returns. It's disappointing, because I obviously
like this city a lot and I would have liked to have finished the year with a
win."
Voracova賽後:
"It was so hard to break her serve; in the first set," Voracova said. "I had so
many chances, but eventually it paid off and I got the break in the second set
and was happy about that. I was playing well when she retired so I'm going to
be confident going into my second round match."
