Re: Radwanska's Stanford blog
補上最後一篇,有和Lisicki的比賽後感想,還有她們12年前在波蘭就認識彼此了。

Hi everybody, well I didn't win today, but it was a pretty good match. It was
a long one - after the first set I felt like it was already 8pm! The first
set was really long and she was playing very well - even when I had break
points, she would hit 120mph aces on second serves... It was hot and you
could really feel it was a long match. It's always disappointing to lose a
long match like that, but it was a good fight and I'm ready for the next
tournament now.
This was the first time Sabine and I have played on the WTA, but we played in
juniors. We're the same age so we pretty much played everything together for
12 years already. When we were 9 or 10 years old in Poland our clubs played
against each other, I played for Krakow and she played for another city. I
have good memories. But time is going pretty fast... 12 years since then!!
Tomorrow I'm just going to rest here and then it's time to go to Carlsbad. I
have to defend a final over there. I have really good memories from last year
there. Everything is so close - even if you want to go to see another match
for half an hour you can go, or go back to the hotel... I played some very
good golf there last year too ;) They may ask me to do it one more time!
Thanks for reading everyone. I hope to blog again for the WTA website soon!

What would you be if you weren't a tennis player? Sam
I get asked this pretty often! It's very hard to answer because I've been
playing tennis for so long. I really have no idea... but for sure not a
singer, because I really can't sing, that's it.
How important are your fans to you? Mario, Belgium
It's very, very nice to have such great fans. Even here, so far away from
home, you can here the fans, in Polish or even American fans cheering for you
and saying your name. It's a great feeling. Today was pretty good, it felt
like it was 50-50 for Sabine and I - I'm happy we played a good match for
them.
How does it feel to be among the world's best players? Maks, Poland
It's the best feeling when you work on something so hard for many, many years
since you were a kid. I'm playing 17 years already. It has been a long time
and it's a great feeling you can be one of the best, even if you lose or win.
