The 25-year-old enjoyed a highly successful first season in Serie A last year, netting nine times in a highly impressive campaign for Palermo. Despite only bagging one goal for his side in this campaign, Caracciolo is regarded as being one of Italy's brightest talents, and the striker stated that he has heard of interest from French side Paris Saint Germain. "My agent told me about PSG interest," he said. "I am both proud and interested. If I receive an offer, I will be very sensitive to it, but I won't hide that I prefer to go on my Serie A adventure."
