Cagliari president Massimo Cellino is very close to taking over Premier
League outfit West Ham, according to Sky Sport 24.

Cellino intends to make a number of changes at West Ham when he takes
control, with the first being to oust current coach Gianfranco Zola and
replacing him with Daniele Arrigoni.

Arrigoni interestingly managed the Rossoblu in 2004-05 and also has recently
coached Livorno and Bologna, although only for short spells.

Cellino, an entrepreneur, has been in charge of the Isolani since 1992,
helping to establish the club as a mid-table outfit in Serie A over the
past few years. He has reportedly outbid former Birmingham City owners
David Gold and David Sullivan for the Hammers.
