和Boston Herald的報導有些許不同:
The team was informed of the positive test yesterday. According
to the source, Baker was fined $75,000 under terms of the agreement,
which all involved parties cannot discuss. The agreement, which lasts
only for this season, also allows the team to suspend Baker and withhold
half of his remaining salary for the season in the event of a second
violation.
Baker和Celtics之間的協議只含括這個球季. 而這次罰款和禁賽是Baker在本季
第一次違反協議(事實上就是酒測未過), 倘若本季再犯, Celtics將有權扣壓Baker
本季剩餘薪資的一半數額.
Boston Globe的報導有些問題, 如果這回是Baker本季第二次違反協議, 那麼第一
次違反協議的消息怎麼可能不被波士頓嗜血的媒體給逮到.
