Cole was unhappy at the decision and a review was requested but the decision stands. 小喬很不爽，但上訴無效。 Today's set of rulings from the Panel has also declared that three goals scored by Chelsea players stand despite deflections. Chelsea's second against Fulham on Boxing Day remains a Frank Lampard goal.
