Chelsea - Cole New Deal in the Offing!
The Sunday tabloids are unanimous in suggesting that the fans favourite, Joe
Cole, is on the verge of being offered a new contract.

Joe, whose season was cruelly cut short by a knee ligament injury suffered at
Roots Hall in the FA Cup replay, is currently well on the way to recuperation
and with his current deal fast approaching the stage whereby negotiations are
scheduled to take place will, naturally, be delighted that the club value him
well enough to consider, reportedly, offering the twenty-eight year old a
four year deal worth ￡100,000 a week.
