Lampard Hutchinson 'Some kids I have seen these days don't work hard and don't really get to grips with what it takes to be a professional, but Hutch did all the right things and that is why it is especially unfortunate.' Lampard believes the 21-year-old's professional attitude will still stand him in good stead for the future. 'If the club help him, which I understand they are, let's hope he can stay at Chelsea, get his coaching ideas, work with the young players and maybe he can become a big manager.
