....The Academy is also feeling the effects of absence, though more
through injury than international calls. The latest to be struck down is
Austrian forward Philipp Prosenik.
'Philipp has unfortunately got a long-term knee injury and will be out for
quite a long period of time,' youth team manager Dermot Drummy reports.
'He's going to go back to Austria to see his family for a week and then
will come back and do what rehab he can.
'He had a knee problem before and was just psychologically getting over
it, scoring well and looking like a good number nine. We were playing off
him well and this was an innocuous challenge, it's just plain unlucky. Now
we'll have to play a slightly different way as we haven't got another
number nine to come in.'
