"I have been dreaming of becoming a good manager. One who can lead a team
like Chelsea," he told France Football.
Since leaving Stamford Bridge, Zola had a spell as West Ham boss before
taking charge at current club Watford. The 46-year-old claims he has been
working hard to learn his craft, in the hope of one day being offered a
job at one of Europe's top clubs.
"I work really hard for it. I do not know if I will. I think I have the
abilities but I do not think I am good enough yet. It is only my second
coaching experience in a club after West Ham. I still have a lot to do."
