Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez in talks over potential new signings

Rafa Benitez has revealed that he is in daily discussions with technical
director Michael Emenalo over potential Chelsea transfer activity for
January.
"Hopefully we have two or three days after this game where we'll have
plenty of time to talk about names," he said.
"There's no formal meeting because we can chat every day. Michael is
watching the training session and we talk every day - about players and
how the team is doing.
"I know what Michael likes and he knows what I like and we come to an
agreement."

Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez reluctant to speculate on future of Frank Lampard

Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez has offered no guarantees that Frank Lampard will
see out the season at Stamford Bridge.
Asked if Lampard could be on the move in the New Year, Benitez said: "The
future of players is always the same. I can't say too much. He is fully
committed to every training session and every game.
"He is an important player for us but I can't say too much about how he
feels (regarding his future). I'm happy with his attitude."
