Proceedings begin at 1pm UK time and with Chelsea in the seeded half of the draw and unable to play any English side at this stage, we could face one of 14 teams. They are: Anzhi Makhachkala Atletico Madrid Borussia Monchengladbach Stuttgart Napoli Basel Internazionale Sparta Prague Bayer Leverkusen Levante Dynamo Kiev Zenit St Petersburg Ajax BATE Borisov We are guaranteed to play the second leg at home with the matches taking place on 14 and 21 February. After the initial draw today, the draw for the round of 16 will follow and there are no seeded teams or restrictions due to country. Slips of paper for 'Winners of match 1' to 'Winners of match 16' are placed in one bowl and shuffled. The first team drawn are to play their first match at home against the second team drawn. This is then repeated for all eight tie. The away match will take place on 14 February with the second leg at Stamford Bridge on 21 February. The two teams met in the group stage of the Champions League in 2004/05, the Blues winning 3-0 away and then drawing 0-0 at home, when qualification and top spot had already been assurred. Should we beat Sparta Prague, we will play the winners of Ajax v Steaua Bucharest with the first leg away. Those matches would be on 7 and 14 March.
