Beating the 142 set in 2009/10.
˙43 games to reach 100 goals
The second-equal fastest in our history (with 2009/10). The quickest we
have achieved a ton was in 1960/61 when it took 40 games.
˙The first English club, and fourth overall, to win all three major UEFA
competitions: the Champions League, the Cup Winners' Cup and Europa
League. The other three clubs that have achieved it are Juventus, Ajax
and Bayern Munich. (The Inter-Cities Fairs Cup was not organised by
UEFA.)
˙The first English club, and third overall, to complete the set of UEFA
competitions - the three major ones plus the Super Cup. The two other

cup. Previously achieved in 2004/05 (twice), 2005/06 and 2006/07 (twice)

goals in 10 consecutive Premier League seasons.
˙He also equalled Andy Cole's record of scoring against 38 different
teams in the Premier League.

˙Petr Cech has kept the most completed clean sheets for a single club in
the Premier League era, previously set by Arsenal's David Seaman - 142.
