The club is pleased to have last week signed defender/midfielder Daniel
Pappoe (20) from Chelsea on a one-month loan deal.
Daniel is a Ghana U20 international who has come through the ranks at
Chelsea. He joined the Blues as a 12 year old, going on to captain their
FA Youth Cup team and being a part of the development/reserve setup. He
started the season on loan at League One side Colchester United.
Manager Alan Dowson comments, "Daniel is a big strong lad who has been
well schooled. We're pleased to have him hear and are grateful to Chelsea
for their support in securing this arrangement."

HUTCHINSON REMAINS AT WEDNESDAY

Sam Hutchinson's loan to Sheffield Wednesday has today (Friday) been
extended until 9 April.
The 24-year-old moved to the Championship club on 14 February, initially
for one month. He has made three starts and one sub appearance, including
wins over Huddersfield and Middlesbrough, providing an assist in the former
match when he played as a defensive midfielder.
In the most recent outing however, a defeat at Yeovil, Hutchinson was
dismissed late on for a second bookable offence. Wednesday are currently
17th in the Championship table.
A product of the Chelsea Academy, Hutchinson, who is most frequently a
central defender or right-back, has made six first-team appearances for
the Blues, most recently on the final day of the 2011/12 season at home to
Blackburn Rovers.
He spent the first half of the season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem in the
Netherlands.
