Swift loan to Swindon

John Swift has today (Saturday) joined Swindon Town on loan until 31 May.
The 19-year-old embarks upon a second loan spell away from Stamford
Bridge, having spent time at Rotherham United earlier in the season.
Swift, an attacking midfielder, was an integral part of our Under-21 side
which won the league last season, as well as impressing in the UEFA Youth
League. He was rewarded for his impressive form when Jose Mourinho handed
him his first team debut away at Cardiff on the final day of the season.
On the international stage, Swift has represented England from Under-16s
through to Under-20s.
Swindon are currently second in League One.
