The 18-year-old Partizan Belgrade starlet has played 13 times for them in all competitions - including five times in the Europa League. He has refused to sign a professional contract with the club, however, meaning Partizan are set to pick up just ￡670,000 for his services. Pantic said: “In the situation we are now in, going to Chelsea would be the best solution for me and for Partizan. “I am not sure when I will be back in Belgrade, I believe in the next day or two, and a transfer should be done this week.” Chelsea are still trying to negotiate a deal for Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado but need to offload either Mohamed Salah or fellow midfielder Andre Schurrle - or perhaps both of them.
