http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/06/ chelsea-here-chelsea-there.html Chelsea here Chelsea there Mon 1 Jun 2015 We round up the final weekend of action for some of our players out on loan, see how former Blues fared this season and look ahead with our 2014/15 campaign drawing to a close… == Loan highlights == Matej Delac ended his second spell on loan at FK Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina a league winner. Sarajevo had to beat Sloboda on Saturday afternoon to guarantee the title in a closely-fought championship, and they did so 3-1 with Delac making his 15th appearance for the club this season. He kept 11 clean sheets and only tasted defeat once. There was cause for celebration for our three players on loan at Vitesse Arnhem too, as they qualified for next season's Europa League after a two-legged play-off win against Heerenveen. Josh McEachran, Bertrand Traore and Wallace started both matches, the first of which finished 2-2. Traore claimed an assist in that game and managed another in the second leg back in Arnhem yesterday, also winning Vitesse a penalty as they eventually triumphed 7-4 on aggregate after a 5-2 victory. Wallace was deployed in an attacking position wide on the right and also set up a goal in a big win that Vitesse secured with three goals in the final 13 minutes. They had trailed 2-1 at half-time. Vitesse will now enter the Europa League at the third qualifying round. The Serie A season finished yesterday with three Chelsea loanees in action. Marco van Ginkel played his 18th game for AC Milan as they won 3-1 at Atalanta, ending up in 10th spot, while Mohammed Salah managed 27 minutes before going off injured in Fiorentina's 3-0 defeat of Chievo. He did set up the first goal in his time on the pitch. Fiorentina finished fourth. Stipe Perica featured for the first half of Udinese's 4-3 loss at Cagliari, meanwhile. == Former Blues == With domestic club football in Europe now over for the summer this is the perfect opportunity to bring you news of people with a Chelsea connection. Carlo Ancelotti and his assistant Paul Clement left Real Madrid at the end of the season. Rafa Benitez, whose Napoli side just missed out on Champions League football after losing 4-2 to Lazio last night, is expected to take the Madrid hotseat. Meanwhile Clement, our former assistant first team coach who also coached a number of young teams in our Academy, has taken his first step into management at Championship side Derby County. Another of our former managers, Andre Villas-Boas, guided Zenit St Petersburg to the Russian title with two games to spare. In Germany, there was silverware for Arjen Robben and Andre Schurrle. Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga again while Wolfsburg, who Schurrle joined in January, finished second in the table and lifted the German Cup after beating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 on Saturday night. Kevin De Bruyne scored Wolfsburg's second goal in Berlin. In neighbouring Holland, Jeffrey Bruma was a regular at the heart of PSV Eindhoven's defence as they won the Eredivisie for the first time since 2008. David Luiz was a domestic treble winner in France with Paris Saint-Germain, who won Ligue 1, the French Cup and the French League Cup. In Cyprus, Nuno Morais won the Cypriot double with APOEL Nicosia. It is his fifth league winners' medal since joining APOEL from Chelsea in 2007. Closer to home, Shaun Wright-Phillips has been released by QPR after their relegation from the Premier League, while though Slavisa Jokanovic's Watford side finished second in the Championship it has not yet been confirmed if he will manage the Hornets in England's top flight next season. == The Chelsea week ahead == Tomorrow the 2014/15 campaign draws to a close in Australia when we take on Sydney FC at the ANZ Stadium.
