We cast our eye over the statistics from last night's impressive win, and
for all Man City's possession it was clearly Chelsea who offered the
greater threat in front of goal...

We had 15 shots last night, of which 10 were on target. Fourteen were from
inside the penalty area, and of those, four inside the six-yard box. Of
Man City's 11 efforts on goal, two were on target and six were struck from
outside the box, including their goal.
Christian Pulisic and sub Tammy Abraham registered a joint game-high three
attempts each. All of them were on target, and critical for both our goals.
Pulisic's four successful dribbles was twice as many as anyone else on the
pitch managed.

7 - Christian Pulisic has now scored seven @premierleague goals this
season, the most of any player in the competition aged 21 or under. Pond.
Frank Lampard spoke after the game about his team's work ethic and
willingness to defend without the ball, which was important as City had a
64.7 per cent share of possession, and indeed we made more tackles,
interceptions, clearances and blocks than our opponents.
Our pass completion rate was 83 per cent (compared to City's 91 per cent),
with Ross Barkley (95 per cent) and Andreas Christensen (93 per cent)
ranking especially highly for us when it came to picking out a team-mate.
Willian's three key passes was bettered only by Riyad Mahrez who made
four.
Christensen had a good game, also winning four tackles (out of four
attempted), coming out on top in both duels he contested, and completing
two dribbles.
Cesar Azpilicueta was our top tackler with five won, while it was Toni
Rudiger who made the most clearances, also five. Ahead of the defence
N'Golo Kante was his usual busy self and the three interceptions he
recorded was a game-high figure.
We have now won three consecutive home league games for the first time
since November.
