In an industry brochure for prospective bidders seen by Sportsmail,
interested parties are told that increasing Stamford Bridge from 45,000 to
62,500 would see match-day revenue from ￡70million to ￡200million per
year.
The catalogue also raises the possibility of purchasing Fulham Broadway
shopping centre, which is located a matter yards away from the stadium,
indicating the site be converted into commercial and residential
properties.
The fact Stamford Bridge still doesn't have a naming rights deal is also
seen as a future money-spinner.
The report also recommends that significant improvements can be made to
improve the club's commercial model to make them more in line US based
sport franchises.
The potential resurrection of the European Super League, and Chelsea's
possible participation in what would be a controversial move, is also
highlighted as a conceivable route towards greater revenue.
Buyers are also advised that Chelsea's squad is the fourth most valuable
on the planet at ￡795bn and that they are one of the top 10 club in the
world giving them a strong powerbase domestically and internationally.
Christian Pulisic is the only player name checked in the report, pointing
to his potential commercial value in America given his position as a USA
international.

With the Club still awaiting confirmation from the UK Government on
whether we can sell tickets or not, including to this weekend's FA Cup
tie at Middlesbrough, we have the latest situation on sales for upcoming
men's, women's, and Academy fixtures.

We are pressing the Government to allow our supporters to have access to
tickets. Meetings are taking place daily in search of a resolution. In
addition, the Premier League and FA are also discussing with the
Government the sporting integrity issues raised if they do not permit fans
to attend.
We are aware of the high level of frustration our supporters are facing
over this issue, and we are doing everything we can to resolve it as soon
as possible.
Information regarding specific games is as follows:
˙Lille (a) – Wednesday 16 March
Supporters who sent in their declaration forms have been emailed the
ticket collection point information. Supporters who have not received
this information should email uefa.away@chelseafc.com.
˙Middlesbrough (a) – Saturday 19 March
Supporters who have already purchased a ticket can attend the match.
Tickets will be sent out in the post tomorrow (Tuesday).
We have the remaining tickets for our allocation, but we are awaiting
further updates from the Government on whether we can sell these tickets
or not before Saturday's game.
Should we be able to sell these tickets, they will be sent out via Royal
Mail Special Delivery owing to the shortness of times. Further information
will be released as soon as we have it.
˙Birmingham City Women (h) - Sunday 20 March
Supporters who have purchased a ticket can attend the match.
˙Leeds United PL2 (h) – Sunday 20 March
Supporters who have purchased a ticket can attend the match.
˙Brentford (h) – Saturday 2 April
Supporters who have purchased a ticket can attend the match. These tickets
will be emailed out later this week.
˙Southampton (a) – Saturday 9 April
Supporters on the UK away scheme will have their tickets sent in due
course. For the remainder of our allocation, we await further updates from
the Government on whether we will be able to sell tickets or not.
Supporters who do not have tickets for matches should not attend our
stadiums.

I'm told from multiple sources that the Swiss-American consortium is not
concerned about the bid from a Saudi consortium. The UK government still
sees Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss, U.S. businessman Todd Boehly and
real estate tycoon Jonathan Goldstein as frontrunners. Their bid is as
previously reported in the region of 2,5 billion pounds. They don't expect
a deal to be done this week. Motto seems to be "let's sit back and wait".

Sky News has learnt that Tifosy Capital & Advisory, which was set up by
Gianluca Vialli and a group of financiers, is working with Nick Candy
ahead of a deadline for bids for Chelsea on Friday.
A spokesperson for Mr Candy's bid confirmed the appointment of Tifosy,
adding that the firm had "worked on some of the top football transactions
in Europe including Manchester United, Juventus, AS Roma and Inter Milan".
"The company is co-founded by former professional footballer and truly
adored Chelsea player, Gianlucca Vialli. Their work on the data and
business analysis so far has been outstanding," the spokesperson added.
