NEW YORK -- The Bulls have traded swingman John Salmons to the Milwaukee
Bucks for Francisco Elson and Kurt Thomas.
Francisco Elson,Kurt Thomas → 公牛
John Salmons → 公鹿
Earlier Bulls management had told Salmons to remain at the team hotel fueling
speculation that he was on the move.
Both Elson and Thomas have expiring contracts. Salmons held a $5.8 million
player option this summer and trading him guarantees that the Bulls will have
enough money to offer a maximum contract to a big-time free agent this summer.
