為什麼小熊不跟Zambrano簽複數年合約?
回覆是Zambrano has three years of Major League service
and a player needs six to be a free agent.
Therefore, the Cubs will retain his rights for the next three seasons.
雖然看的懂意思 但不了解其規則
是指新秀要打滿六年才能成為自由球員嗎???
那這樣說來Prior也是可以留六年了???
不過 如果年輕球員打出身價 不滿球團的加新
也還是要待滿六年嗎???
