Tigers DL Dotel, recall Rondon By The Sports Xchange | The SportsXchange Closer of the future Bruce Rondon was recalled from Triple-A Toledo by the Detroit Tigers, who retroactively placed Octavio Dotel on the disabled list with a strained elbow. Dotel has experienced inflammation in his right elbow since April 20, and the Tigers made the move effective as of that date.
