Sorry for the inconvenience but my terminal can't allow me to type in Chinese. I am pretty sure that Kuo has expanded two of his options. What I'm not so sure is "How many options does Kuo remain?". After all, It seems possible that Kuo can get his "4th option" -- sort of like the byproduct of his injury history and service time. I've written some pieces about the transaction rules of Major League. I will feel great if somebody can give me advices so that we can get look into those rules deeper and deeper. I can't guarantee all I wrote is correct but most of those should be.
