1. Little被趕出去的理由： As for Little, he was tossed when he put an exclamation point on his argument by pointing both index fingers at the face of plate umpire Bill Welke, who had just ruled Xavier Nady safe at the plate on a throw from Garciaparra. Martin felt Nady's foot slid into his shin guard, but replays showed the foot slid off the guard and onto the plate while Martin applied a high tag. "The way it looked to me in the dugout was nothing like the way it looked on TV," said Little. "The umpire was dead right. [Martin] tagged him too high, like he told me. He was right, I was wrong. Russell still says he was out.
