Everton manager David Moyes has been charged with improper conduct by the
Football Association after being sent off during Sunday's win at Stoke.

The Toffees boss was sent to the stands.
Moyes was sent to the stands by referee Alan Wiley after complaining about
the match official's failure to award a penalty for handball.
Wiley initially pointed to the spot after Leon Cort appeared to handle the
ball in the area, but changed his decision to a free-kick just outside the
box after consulting with his assistant.
Replays showed the offence clearly took place inside the area and an
infuriated Moyes showed his displeasure before being asked to leave the
dug-out.
The FA said in a statement: ''Everton manager David Moyes has been charged
with improper conduct.
''The charge relates to Moyes' touchline behaviour during Everton's match
against Stoke on September 14.
''Moyes has until October 2 to respond to the charge.''
Meanwhile, the club are believed to have offered Moyes a new contract and are
waiting on a decision from the boss.
Negotiations have been dragging on for some time and both sides are now keen
to bring the matter to a close, with Moyes becoming increasingly frustrated
by the club's lack of activity in the transfer market.
However, the Scot has never insinuated that he is looking to leave Everton
and has now revealed that an announcement regarding his immediate future is
imminent.
"I hope there will be some more news on that in the next few days or so," he
said in the wake of his side's 3-2 success over Stoke on Sunday.
