Beltran was forced to leave Sunday's game early due to forearm tightness
resulting from being hit by a pitch, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis
Post-Dispatch reports.
Recommendation: The Cardinals currently consider Beltran day-to-day. The
injury doesn't appear to be serious and he was largely lifted as a precaution.
