Even though Dirks is playing well right now,
his hamstring still bothers him some,
the Associated Press reports.
"I'd really like to settle him into that 2 spot,
but he's really not running full speed,"
manager Jim Leyland said. "I'm a little concerned about it."
Recommendation: Nonetheless, Dirks played again Friday night,
going 1-for-3 with a walk. The Tigers' trainer told Leyland that
Dirks can play through the problem and still fully heal the hamstring.
