大家好，本盟為普通比項盟，有修改一些基礎比項做評比，
今年為首年創立，希望看完底下設定的鄉民朋友們有興趣可以來參與~
主要就是不要死魚，如果兩周完全沒任何反應會信件通知，
再無回應會上來徵人換Keeper，還請注意~

大概講一下有更動的球員位置及比項:
球員部分打者有多一個IF，SP多給一個位置，BN 5位，但IL有減成3位，補1位NA。
比項的部分打者都是常見項目。
投手的部分為了避免守護神過少所以把Save跟Hold合併算，用BS來平衡。
其它微調細項就是交易否決需過半數(7人)，鼓勵一下大家交易。
每周可換人次數: 7。
投手每周最低局數: 28。
