Barcelona's Eidur Gudjohnsen has his eyes set on meeting Liverpool in the first knock-out round of the Champions League. Liverpool knocked Barcelona out of the Champions League at the same stage last season. The Reds came from behind to pick up a shock 2-1 win at Camp Nou, and progressed to the quarter-finals on the away goals rule despite losing 1-0 at Anfield. Almost a year on, the two sides can face each other again, and Gudjohnsen would prefer nothing else, even though Barcelona can face some potentially easier teams. "I want to face Liverpool, to show that that we are a lot better than what we proved to be last year," he said after the 3-1 win over Stuttgart that sees Barca finish unbeaten on 14 points, having scored 12 goals and conceded just three. "I do not have many friends there," continued the former Chelsea man. "I want revenge, and I believe that this would be a good chance to show that we are better than them." Barcelona's seven prospective opponents are Liverpool, Arsenal, Roma, Fenerbahce, Schalke, Olympiakos and Celtic.
