Xerez CD have completed the signing of Barcelona defender Victor Sanchez, the
Catalan club have confirmed.
The 21-year-old defender, who can also operate in the midfield, has agreed to
sign for Xerez on a free transfer after they reached an agreement with
Barcelona this afternoon.
Barcelona have kept the option to re-sign the player for nothing next summer
should he impress for the Xerecistas.
Sanchez, who joined Barcelona from CE Europa in 2005, featured for the
Blaugrana in their treble-winning season on a number of occasions.
