Moyes pleased with Nuno progress
Everton boss David Moyes is pleased with the progress of Portuguese star Nuno
Valente and feels he could play again this season.
Everton的教練David Moyes對於Nuno Valente的恢復進展感到很高興，
他認為Valente也許能在這賽季再次上場。
The Portuguese international has not played since the 3-1 win over Fulham last
month, having picked up a thigh injury.
這名葡萄牙國腳自從Everton 3-1 Fulham的比賽以後，
就因為大腿的傷勢沒有再踢球了。
It had been feared that the defender would be out for the rest of the season
and that cast doubt over his place at the World Cup finals.
原本擔心這名後衛會缺席剩下的賽季，
並且可能會因此威脅到他在世界盃上的位置。
However, Moyes says Valente is ahead of schedule and is hopeful of him pulling
on an Everton shirt again this term.
儘管如此，Moyes說Valente現在恢復得超乎預期，
而且可望在這賽季再度為Everton上場。
"Nuno is doing some running now," said Moyes. "We will have to see how
everybody goes this weekend and then see what happens in the last few games."

Moyes, meanwhile, is looking forward to the weekend meeting with Tottenham,
as he is eager to prove The Toffees are better than their current league
position.
Tottenham have hopes of securing a spot in the UEFA Champions League, while
Everton are sat in the bottom half of The Premiership.
Everton have been well below the form they showed last term and Moyes is keen
to show the fans they can bounce back.
"It is a big game for both sides," said Moyes. "Tottenham are in a great
position.
"It is a big game for them, but it is a big game for us as it gives us the
chance to show that the gulf between us and Tottenham is not as big as it
looks."
