Kuo Shows Improvement
Hong-Chih Kuo tossed six innings of one-run ball, fanned five
on 85 pitches and hit a grand slam in Class AAA Las Vegas' 6-2
win over Fresno on Saturday. Kuo had a 5.60 ERA and walked 24
in 27 1/3 innings with the Dodgers this season.
"I can remember earlier in the season he was throwing 85 pitches
in two innings out of the 'pen," Little said. "He's made a lot
of improvement."
