Jol down after defeat
Martin Jol admitted he was disappointed to see his Tottenham side leave
Craven Cottage empty-handed after Carlos Bocanegra's injury time winner
stole the points for Fulham.
The Tottenham boss tinkered with his formation prior to the game, and
afterwards he was left trying to establish exactly what had happened when
Fulham's Luis Boa Morte exchanged angry words with his assistant manager
Chris Hughton.
"It was a bit out of order," said Jol. "He didn't say something but he gave
my assistant a bit of bad air to say the least.
"We changed formation with Robbie Keane on the left and Jermain Defoe up
front on his own. [On the goal] we defended too deep. It can happen.
"We should have scored in the first half. We put four or five crosses in.
"We had two or three half chances as well. I think we deserved at least a
point."
