Jol seeks killer instinct
Martin Jol wants his Tottenham outfit to show more killer instinct after
conceding a late equaliser against Sunderland.
Spurs were set to bag all three points at The Stadium of Light before
Daryl Murphy's late strike salvaged a 1-1 draw.
Jol conceded his side were not at their free-flowing best, but did expect
them to claim the win thanks to Robbie Keane's strike.
"On a pitch like that Sunderland had nothing to lose," said Jol. "I think we
did okay but we should have killed them off.
"We didn't play well enough to score two or three goals but we did score one.
If you don't kill them off they are always capable of scoring.
"We have to learn and we have to grow up."
