The lads were back on the ball as pre-season training continued at Spurs Lodge
on Tuesday.
In the morning, the squad was split into two groups with one concentrating on
ball work, the other on conditioning. They then swapped before both groups
merged for a short-sided match.
In the afternoon session, the lads as one group went through strengthening and
flexibility exercises

我的感想是，其實訓練衣蠻好看的 (喂)
光講顏色的話我就覺得比海軍藍的客場球衣好看 =3=
