新聞來源 - Sky Sports Keane chasing silverware Robbie Keane believes Spurs have a great chance of picking up their first major trophy in nine years. The White Hart Lane club have not got their hands on any silverware since their 1-0 win over Leicester in the 1999 League Cup Final. Things are looking promising this season though as the club continue to fight on three fronts. Tuesday night sees them face Reading in an FA Cup third round replay, whilst Arsenal await in the League Cup semi-final second leg seven days later. Spurs have also made it through to the last 32 of the Uefa Cup and are due to come up against Slavia Prague when the competition gets underway again in February. Keane, who is yet to win a major honour during his career, feels that it is only a matter of time before the glory days return to the club. "It would be special to win a trophy and I think with this group of players we're well capable of doing it," he told the Daily Star. "We have to keep working hard, stick together as a group and I'm sure we can go on and win something. "We're in all the cups again and it would be great to get to a final." The striker will also be hoping to put an end to his recent goal drought in the coming weeks and reach a century of goals for Spurs. Keane is currently just two away from joining some of the greatest players ever to represent the club in the exclusive list and he is keen to reach the milestone as soon as possible. "It would be great to reach 100 goals for the club, preferably sooner rather than later!" he said.
