ROUTLEDGE HAS VILLA MEDICAL
Wayne Routledge is reportedly undergoing a medical at Aston Villa ahead of a
proposed move to Villa Park.
Routledge revealed earlier this month he was desperate to leave White Hart Lane
after failing to establish himself in north London.
The former Crystal Palace player has started only three games since his
arrival at Tottenham three years ago and is keen to leave to kick-start his
career.
Villa boss Martin O'Neill is ready to offer Routledge an escape route by
taking him to Villa Park.
If Routledge passes his medical and agrees personal terms he will become
Villa's first signing of this month's transfer window.
