Meanwhile, the 32-year-old has underlined what his primary intention is at club level this season. Having won Lo Scudetto on three occasions in Turin, the midfielder has his eyes on alternative silverware. "It is difficult to win the Italian Championship, but if I had to choose a competition to conquer, then I would target the Champions League," he added. "I have been chasing that objective ever since I joined this club."
