Mutu completes Viola move

Adrian Mutu is officially a Fiorentina player,
joined by Inter defender Alessandro Potenza
and Udinese's Michele Pazienza.
Mutu正式轉會 Fiorentina。
There had been talk for several weeks that the Juventus star
was of interest to the Viola, reportedly in an exchange deal
for Valeri Bojinov, but the move was completed this afternoon
without the revelation of the financial details.
本來傳聞會用 Bojinov加錢交換，不過目前沒有透露轉會細節。
It is a permanent switch for Mutu, who was picked up on a free transfer
by Juve last January following his sacking from Chelsea
when he failed a routine drugs test.
It's a reunion for the Romanian with Coach Cesare Prandelli,
who really kick-started his Serie A career
when they were together at Parma in 2002-03.
Fiorentina, who risk relegation to Serie B as part of the Calciopoli trial,
have also signed Inter defender Alessandro Potenza in a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old had spent this season on loan at Real Mallorca.
The Florence-based side announced the capture of
Udinese midfielder Pazienza on loan with an option
to buy at the end of the season.
The Viola have qualified for the preliminary round of
the Champions League and are eager to strengthen their squad,
so today's ‘La Repubblica’ newspaper claims they rejected
a ￡4m offer for Czech World Cup star Tomas Ujfalusi from Fulham.
