It was like a bolt out of the blue as I didn't expect it. 「Juve 的談判來得出奇，就像平地一聲雷，出乎我的意料。」 “I had read my name in the newspapers and I asked myself whether it was true. Then there was the first call and that was pleasing. 「我曾在報紙上看到自己的名字，我自問過這是真是假，然後第一通電話就來了，這很讓人愉快。」 “You simply just can't say no to a club like Juventus. And I didn't!” 「你實在是無法拒絕像 Juventus 這樣的球會，我也確實沒這麼做。」 “It's a great challenge, tough and electrifying,” he added. “We need to work hard and get back to the positions which Juventus deserve to be in. 「這是個絕佳的挑戰，棘手但激動人心，我們需要努力奮鬥。」 “I thank Juventus for choosing me and this fills me with pride. There is an ambitious project and I'm certain that we will do well.” “The club have told me they want to be back to the very highest levels in five years, we'll look to make that happen sooner,” he added. 「球會已經告訴我，他們想在五年內重回最高水平，期盼這事能更快發生。」 “I was shown the possibility of taking Juventus back to the positions where they are used to competing. “The squad will be a mix of champions and youngsters with great potential. Our transfer targets? We certainly won't be giving any names to the media.” 「球隊陣容將是偉大冠軍與潛力新星的混合，我們的轉會目標？我們顯然不會向媒體透露任何人名。」 “The fans have suffered a lot in Serie B and there will be more tough times ahead,” he continued. 「球迷們在義乙吃了很多苦，接下來還會有更多難搞的時刻。」 “It's not important to say that we will win the Scudetto. It is just vital that we become the girlfriend of Italy again – that is more important than a result. 「說我們將會贏得義甲聯賽冠軍並不重要，再次成為義大利的情人才是必需的，這遠比戰績重要。」〔這人應該是在開玩笑…是吧？是在開玩笑吧？〕 “The fans should stay calm as we will make them proud of what Juventus will do in the future.
