Trezeguet had been strongly linked with a move away from Turin after falling out with the club's hierarchy. A number of clubs were believed to be monitoring Trezeguet, but after holding talks with Juve officials the Frenchman has decided to remain at the Italian giants. Trezeguet has signed a three-year contract extension to keep him at Juve until 2011. "I am proud to have tied my name to Juventus," said Trezeguet. "Today I have taken an important decision for my career and my life," "This is a club which has given me a lot and I want to keep on winning with them. "In the last two weeks I have appreciated the effort of the board and the respect they have towards me.
