from New York, wants to join winning team. Mutual interest high.
If Elton Brand signs with the #Knicks, Kenyon Martin might not be a priority
anymore. After Brand, the team's needs are at PG and SF.
There's mutual interest between Knicks and Elton Brand, but Brand is fielding
offers from several top teams.

Told Indy sent a nice package for Copeland's perusal but have not made an
offer. Yet.

- JR Smith does not have an offer from the Knicks or any other team yet (we
haven't even heard about him talking to other teams), but we do have some
things.
The contracts signed by J.J. Redick and Kevin Martin are similar to what J.R.
Smith can get from the Knicks.
J.R. would re-sign with the Knicks if the money is comparable. Also being
courted by Pistons, Mavs, Bucks, Rockets and Bobcats.
