Phil Jackson (on what affect his relationship with Kobe has on returning
to the Lakers): "I would have to say that was probably the most important
thing for me about returning: Can this relationship be rekindled and work?"

assured me that he didn't do."

大意是Buss跟禪爺爺保證kobe沒作出任何有關交易Shaq的請求
Jackson (on if everything will be ok between he and Kobe):
"I'm not going to project that because Kobe's his own person and I have to
respect his privacy. That's a big issue with Kobe, and we have to rebuild
confidence there."

hand and a confidante, because there were so many other people, a lawyer
team, security people, the whole barrage of people, agents involved, that I
just stood back there. In the end, I realized my mistake and got really
involved with Kobe in a personal way that changed our relationship the last
three months of the year."
