A source who wishes to remain anonymous told me last night that Bundy was
consistently sitting in the 96-98 range with his fastball, touching 99 on one
or two occasions. There were rumors swirling that he hit 102, but that was
only what was seen on the sign for the stadium gun. And we all know how
accurate those things can be. Bundy was able to mix in his changeup for a
few called strikes as well as the curveball, which is becoming a primary out
pitch for the 6’1〃 righty.
