M.E.N Prediction: West Brom 1-2 United - The Reds look in great shape and will be keen to banish last season's away day woes Key opponent: Chris Brunt - left foot always a danger Lawro's predictions West Brom 1-2 United What Roy Hodgson did at West Brom last season after taking over from Roberto di Matteo was just outstanding and, with him in charge, they do not have to worry about being thrashed in games. And over the summer it looks like a smart move for him to take Ben Foster from Birmingham. We do not know about how Shane Long will do in the Premier League but, if Peter Odemwingie is anything like he was last year, they do not have to worry about goals either. As for United, well they have got two teams in their squad. Their second team would finish sixth in the Premier League and I think the first team wins it. They have an incredible squad in terms of strength, depth and quality and I think they are the side everyone will be chasing.
