Dontrelle Willis hopes to make his next start after leaving Tuesday's game
with left forearm tightness. Willis wanted to stay in tonight's game after
giving up four runs in the first to the White Sox.
"This is pretty much what happens when you throw a lot of innings," he said.
"I didn't feel good, the tightness, but I felt I could get guys out. As far
as that, my mental aspect was good. ...They made the decision and you have to
look at it in the long run. Obviously I wasn't happy, but they're looking
out for me."
A DL stint is a possibility here, but the Marlins will probably wait two or
three days before making a decision.
