[問題] 如何練腳力(擋勁)?
我學楊式太極 老師要求練架子重心要低 腳要開
但是我常常膝蓋會內縮
常覺得腳無法向外擋
另一個問題是腳力太差
最近教新招式 大小腿都快壓到呈直角了
兩腳間根本無力做虛轉轉換 更不做到擋勁了
請教大家如何練腳力
而且希望可以詳細說明如何練
