[問題] 如何訓練出拳強度?

如何在不重量訓之下
就自己目前的力量
訓練出最強拳?
也就是訓練自己出拳時
整個身體的協調性
因為出全力的拳畢竟要用到身體很多部位
當然沒有比隨手的一拳來得快又靈敏
但是想要問這要怎麼訓練?
每天出全力打砂包一百下如何呢?
另:我出全力打砂包時,腦袋都會晃一下
也是有收下巴,可是再多打幾下後,頭就痛了 =.=
不知道是哪裡作錯了
