Wade Out Of Walking Boot; Day-To-Day
Heat guard Dwyane Wade is no longer in a walking boot and remains day-to-day
with a strained left calf.
Wade underwent tests on Sunday to confirm that the injury, which was first
suffered last Wednesday against the Nets, isn't more severe than first believed
The team said that the All-Star MVP will continue to undergo treatment.

O'Neal Doesn't Appear To Have Future In Miami
It appears unlikely that the Heat will re-sign Jermaine O'Neal this summer.
The South Florida Sun-Sentinel points out that their plans wouldn't allow them
to offer O'Neal more than a minimum contract.
Also, Joel Anthony holds a player option for next season for roughly $900,000,
so there already is money allocated for a center.
